To request access to your data, email contact@reviewscout.ai with the subject:
“Data Access Request”
from the email address associated with your ReviewScout AI account.
You can initiate deletion within the App:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
We typically complete deletion within 7 days and no later than 30 days, unless a longer period is legally required. If certain records must be retained for legal compliance, we will retain only what is necessary and delete the rest.
You can disconnect connected services in the App (where available). Disconnecting stops future syncing, but data already stored in your account may remain until you delete it.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
